Dinner recap: Dario’s

Here are some photos from our dinner at Dario’s last week. Let me know if you have any questions! It was SCRUMPTIOUS.

First course: Caesar Salad with shaved beets and carrots

Special of the night: fresh tomatoes with burrata (my favourite) topped with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze (and a little salt)

Handmade potato gnocci with fresh rose sauce (I always put a few crushed red pepper flakes on top for a little zest)

Great way to end dinner: Sambuca with espresso beans…thanks to Dario’s!

It was a fantastic meal, with great company. I highly recommend going as soon as possible!!
