Great way to make bread and cheese more exciting:

Cut the baguette in half, drizzle with a tasty extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with Maldon salt, and top with any fresh herb from the garden while you warm at 375 in the oven for about 10 mins.

Remove sprig before serving and you end up with (in my case) rosemary infused baguette! Amazingly delicious and fresh.
