Pre-Italy Health

In two short weeks, I will be flying to Italy to indulge in fantastic food, wine, and culture. Between now and then, I want to make sure that I’m eating extra healthy in order to offset the plentiful amounts of food I will be eating. I always do this before trips so that I can enjoy the new culture completely guilt-free.

Here are some foods I want to eat this week and next – remember, you don’t need to sacrifice flavour when only eating healthy foods.

smoothies – I like to throw any sort of frozen fruit, almond milk, spinach and avocado into my morning smoothies

These next two weeks are going to be extremely busy with organizing a 300+ person event on Saturday, and finalizing details for a client’s wedding in August, but I’m up for the challenge, and know that I will feel much better if I fuel my body with healthy things! Who’s with me??
