Mama’s Fish House is one of those restaurants that you miss after experiencing it just once. The people, the flavours, the view, and of course, the amazingly fresh fish you are served, become like a dream you look back on, one where you seem to be smiling in your sleep and you wish to sleep for just a little bit longer. I’ve been lucky enough to experience it every year, and every year it is one of my favourite days of our vacation. This year was no different!
The best part of the meal had to be the ginger-crusted ahi. Seared lightly on each side, this dish exuded flavour from every angle. If only I could eat fish like this more often.
