If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I am currently doing Dr. Joshi’s Detox. The Detox is essentially an eating plan that cuts out dairy, red meat, gluten, most fruits, and alcohol. While I don’t necessarily agree that all of these items need to be taken out of your diet, I wanted a plan that cut down on my sugar intake, and upped my veggie intake. This cleanse has certainly done just that! Also, I am heading to Chile and Argentina and plan to indulge while I’m there, so I thought I’d clean my system out before I go.
