Wine Wednesday: Okanagan Crush Pad

Last week, I was invited to taste all of the Okanagan Crush Pad‘s new releases. For those who don’t know about OKC, they are a grape crushing facility in Summerland who’s aim is to: “produce distinct, terroir-focused super-premium wines from the Okanagan Valley and to provide a range of services to aid in the development, production, marketing, and sale of proprietary wines.” For wineries that don’t have the resources to crush their grapes or market their wines, OCP provides these services and brings a community of winemakers together.
