Weekend Links

Happy Easter weekend! While Easter wasn’t the biggest holiday for me growing up, I did look forward to the Easter egg hunt that my mom always put on (ending with a huge chocolate bunny, of course). This year, I’ve been trying to stay away from candy, but I did sneak a couple of cream eggs here and there 😉 I hope you’re all enjoying a long weekend spent with family and friends, lingering at coffee shops, savouring an extra glass of wine, and enjoying life. I’ll be heading to the Whitecaps game this afternoon and spending tonight celebrating a good friend’s birthday. Tomorrow involves a family brunch (with an all-time favourite Italian dish) and a small dinner at home. The perfect weekend!

I enjoyed this article on Millennials finding meaningful work and I’m sure it’s something we can all relate to, regardless of our jobs.

Congrats to local artist, Zoe Pawlawk, on her collab with local designer, Nicole Bridger. The collection is fab.

I’m all about making my fave dishes healthier, and this Vegan Green Chili Mac and Cheese looks like a winner.

We’re hosting Mother’s Day Dinner this year, but if we were hosting brunch, I would want it to look a lot like this.
